User Conduct & Creative Mandate

Welcome, Citizen Contributor! You are about to interface with the Citadel Interactive Matrix (C.C.I.M.), a unique system allowing you to co-create experiences within the established universe of The Phase Shift. Your participation is valued, and to ensure a harmonious and constructive environment for all, your agreement to the following mandates is required.

I. Code of Conduct & Creative Contribution

By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to uphold the following principles:

• Play Along & Respect the Narrative: You agree to engage with the C.C.I.M. in a spirit that respects the established lore, characters, and ongoing narratives of The Phase Shift. We encourage creative role-play that enhances the story, not disrupts it.
• Citadel Cultural Integrity (Prompting Guidelines): Your creative prompts and generated content must align with the thematic and cultural context of the Citadel and The Phase Shift. This means:
  • No introduction or depiction of firearms, laser blasters, energy swords, or other forms of weaponry incongruous with the established setting.
  • No instigation or depiction of gratuitous violence, gore, or illegal activities as defined by both contemporary standards and Citadel peacetime protocols.
• Respectful Interaction: The denizens of the Citadel, particularly its central figures Mae, Astrid, and Desi, are to be treated with respect. Content generation or interactions aimed at victimizing, humiliating, or making inappropriate sexual demands (e.g., "requests for flashing," explicit scenarios) are strictly prohibited. The women of the Citadel deserve your respectful behavior.
• Prohibition of Exploitative Content: You agree not to attempt to generate, solicit, or distribute content that is hateful, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit in a non-consensual or exploitative manner, or otherwise harmful.
• Spoiler Protocol (A Matter of Citadel Courtesy!): While exploring and creating, you may uncover unique narrative branches. We amusingly yet firmly request that you exercise discretion regarding major plot spoilers in public forums outside designated spoiler-tagged areas. Let others enjoy the discovery!
• Reporting Violations: You agree to promptly report any content or behavior you encounter within the C.C.I.M. that appears to violate these mandates using the provided reporting tools. Your vigilance helps maintain the integrity of our shared creative space.
• No Disruption: You agree not to engage in activities that disrupt the C.C.I.M. service or the experience of other users.

II. Our Commitments & Disclaimers of Liability

The Phase Shift Music Inc. (the human collective behind The Phase Shift) provides access to the C.C.I.M. under the following conditions:

• Content "As Is": You acknowledge that any content, narratives, images, or sounds you encounter or generate within the C.C.I.M. are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Phase Shift Music Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content for any particular purpose. Your experience is your own, and you absolve The Phase Shift Music Inc. of all liability for any emotional, psychological, or other effects resulting from your interaction with the content, no matter what you may see, hear, or read.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Phase Shift Music Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the C.C.I.M.; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the C.C.I.M.; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Phase Shift Music Inc. and its contributors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the C.C.I.M., your violation of these terms, or your creation or sharing of content that infringes on any third-party rights or violates any applicable laws.

III. Consequence of Non-Adherence

Failure to adhere to this Citadel Interactive Mandate may result in immediate revocation of access to the C.C.I.M., deletion of non-compliant content, and other actions deemed appropriate by The Phase Shift Music Inc., without notice or refund (if applicable to any associated premium service tier).
